I would say most of the time it gives less of a boost in energy than red bulls, but I think that this is actually a positive since this has less of a crash than higher caffeine energy drinks. However, the drink does well to quench my thirst, I think this taste as good or better than the competitors! Equally important, as was promised, I have not felt a caffeine/sugar crash typical for other drinks! The sugar content is supposedly half while still offering the desired caffeine kick.In all, there is tremendous value in this relatively new energy drink brand.
