Good substitution for sugar with low GI and GL
I used to use Erythritol but it has a minty after taste. My morning cup if tea is like a religious ritual for me and Erythritol made it taste like hell. Enter Xylitol and viola its like having sugar without the unhealthy aspect of sugar. Xylito tastes just like sugar. Only issue is you will get stomach upset till your stomach adapts to it. So you will need to stay close to a toilet to avoid any accidents lol. You will also feel a lot of gurgling abd bubbling in the intenstines. But it will settle after a week two.

Arrived before than expected. As for product, seems like a good one. It is extracted out of nonGMO corn. I bought it coz I've been having dental issues and this is supposed to help. Can't say much on that front so far.

It's not from birch and probably from Chinese GMO corn, india amazon has no real birch xylatol, but it's a decent product.

SugarFree Product 1 tablespoon would compensate 6 spoons of this item. Better if cost is still reduced as the need of quantity for each cup is more.
