Aucma Stand Mixer,6.5-QT 660W 6-Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer, Kitchen Electric Mixer with Dough Hook, Wire Whip & Beater (6.5QT, Black)

I purchased this item 5 years ago and still works great for my usage. I have celiac and purchased this mixer after becoming tired of paying ~$50 for a 6", 2 level gluten-free cake. I purchase the gluten-free ingredients and combine myself. I do not use the gluten-free cake mixes in a box, even though they are fine in a pinch. I have prepared cupcakes, brownies, cakes, frosting and bread without any issues. As you read, all if my items are basically the same consistency and have not attempted anything requiring a lot of force. For my needs and the price point, this is excellent. Learned the hard way how to use the splash garden and a moist kitchen towel when mixing powdered sugar for the frosting. Similar to spraying a fire extinguisher indoors. Excellent product and my opinion is that if it breaks down this afternoon that I have used it enough to save on the initial cost outlay for much better tasting products. Even non gluten-free friends asked me to bake items.

I bought the mixer a couple years ago and I love it! I really wanted the kitchen aid but too expensive, so I got this one hoping it would be good and it was. It is a great buy and a fraction of the price of the kitchen aid. It come with all the extras and you don’t have to buy them separately. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a mixer and doesn’t want to pay for the overpriced ones.

I purchased this Dec 26, 2023 and I have been addicted to baking ever since. I use it every single week at least once and it's still going strong.I've read reviews where some attachments melted in the dishwasher. So, to be on the safe side, I always hand wash everything.

Purchased: 02/24 | Reviewed: 05/25Still going strong after solid months of near-weekly use! I’ve made everything from bread to cakes, and the motor hasn’t flinched once. No weird wobbling or shaking. No issues with attachments, and cleanup is surprisingly easy.Why 4 stars instead of 5? A couple of small things: I wish there were a branded side-scraping attachment (I hate having to stop and manually scrape), and the power cord could be just a bit longer. Minor complaints, but noticeable in daily use.I told myself if this didn’t work out, I’d invest in a KitchenAid. Well, spoiler alert—I still don’t have a KitchenAid. This one’s earned its spot on my counter.

I researched stand mixers for a while, was back and forth between brands kitchen aid being one of them. I’ve used a kitchen aid before and I honestly prefer this one over it. It works amazing, doesn’t struggle at all with bread doughs. Makes the process a lot simpler. Easily cleaned, large bowl.

I was so disappointed when I saw how little this mixer was compared to my Kitchen Aid Pro but decided to give it a try instead of returning it. THIS MIGHTY MACHINE IS EVERYTHING!!! I love it more than my Kitchen Aid! It handles heavy dough with ease. I'm very pleased. Bonus points, it's PINK!

Up front, I’m into stand mixers. Over the years I’ve owned all sizes of KA’s, 3 different Bosch’s, a Kenwood 800w, and now this. I raised 5 boys, have 12 young grandchildren, and have a Jewish bread ministry, so a good mixer has always been a priority for me. Hands down, my workhorse and all time favorite is my treasured 800w Kenwood. Be still my baking heart! However, I’m 72, and decided I wanted/needed a smaller machine, with a smaller bowl, to do my cakes and cookies. But absolutely no way would I ever buy a KA again, now that they’ve changed and become pieces of JUNK. So I extensively researched and decided on the Aucma. It arrived yesterday and I immediately made a delicate, involved cake to give it the ultimate cake test, and then made a batch of cookies. I’m very pleased to say that the Aucma passed with flying colors! It creamed and incorporated beautifully! I’m sure it could handle the occasional batch of rolls very well, but you definitely wouldn’t want to push it with too much intensive bread kneading. So, overall, I give this an A for budget stand mixers!

So far I am very happy with my purchase. It does just what I need it to and have not had any problems with it at all.
