Fantastic compact meter. Love Fluke stuff.

Will test very low resistance reliably. Good cap. tests against reference tester I have access to.

Bought these for my work team to replace the larger fluke 179. My team is a flying team, needs to travel lite. These meters reduced space, weight, and fit the hand really nice. They don’t come calibrated, so I am having them calibrated now. Annual calibration is more expensive than the meter itself. Best of all, its a fluke!

Items is great but picture shows magnet strap in last picture which was not added to my order.I’d suggest taken that picture down to eliminate people thinking it comes with the meter.

I like to carry a multimeter around a lot, at work and home. This is by far the best in its class. And when you go with Fluke, you know you have a good company behind the product.

The small size is great and the price is right. It was immediately sent to the calibration shop to be checked and it passed. I use it to troubleshoot business jets on the road so small is good. Only thing missing is backlighting, but I rarely use that anyway. At night I always work with a head lamp on my head anyway. Meter already used to find a damaged landing gear harness and other verification tests. Works well and takes very little space

Doesn’t come with the magnet strap like it shows on the picture, also doesn’t come with a backlight making it harder to read the measurements in poorly lit conditions
