I usually drink ginseng with my tea for mental clarity and focus. I was estatic to find a really good quality product to take. I took it was food and didn't experience any negative symptoms. Increases the effectiveness of coffee for me. I'm not hitting an upper limit with my energy levels and in effect concentration.
