I bought this feeder to manage my cats food intake, especially when we go on vacation. The set up was fairly simple. The app to use works great. My only issue was I set the time to my time zone per the app setting BUT for some reason even though the time shows correctly in the app, when I open the VIDEO screen that also shows the time there’s a difference of one hour, meaning if it’s 7:00 am now and I go to the video screen the time says 6:00 am. Initially when I set up the Automatic feed at a certain hour (my time) the feeder didn’t do a thing and I was worried this wasn’t going to work but then when I noticed the one hour difference on the video screen I set the Automatic feed per that time and BAM ! It worked !! Having the one hour discrepancy is not a big deal for me and maybe I’ll figure out how to make the video screen display show the correct time at some point. But for now I’m very satisfied with this feeder and highly recommend !A few weeks after use, the app on my iPhone suddenly would not allow the camera to be viewed and then it no longer would be connected to the feeder. The feeder and app worked fine on my iPad (all functions working) but not the iPhone (I have the 6s plus). To resolve the issue I contacted Biscon Tech via email through Amazon. Their support gave me instructions to hold the manual feed button below the camera for 10 seconds to reset the device. This definitely worked and the device’s app was reset on both my iPhone and IPad and working back to normal. I’m assuming something just went wrong with my iPhone app and the feeder communicating and all it needed was a reset. Everything is going well and again I highly recommend this if you want to feed your pets while you not at home. It’s great !

First of all, I chose this machine because it's cute; Second, he has his own camera; Third, there are preservatives on the lid which protect and store food well; Fourth, the food plate has a layer on it, so it's convenient for me to remove it and clean it. Fifth, the price is very suitable. I recommend this pet feeder. I've been using it for almost two weeks, and the food I dropped off was on time, two minutes off schedule at most. It's really convenient and suitable for a long time away from home. Regular feeding also makes cats healthier.

UPDATE:BROKEN. Sounds like the gears have stripped. I can hear the motor spinning but nothing will catch your rotate the dispenser, even empty. How would I go about getting a replacement?Setup was a bit difficult. The instructions are not the best. For a tech savvy individual, I was surprised how long it took me to get this thing to connect. Once connected, it works pretty well. The microphone/speaker feature is terrifyingly loud and scared away my dog. That made it difficult to get him to eat from it for days. The feeder is fairly reliable but on two occasions I have had a jammed feeder while attempting to remotely feed. That’s not good if your dog relies on this thing. I will continue to use it but I always have a friend on speed dial if this device fails to deliver the food properly.

this is one of the worst things i could have invested in. it will not work with any internet through your phone carrier and wifi is a joke at setting it up. no matter what you do it doesnt want to read the qr code and the instructions are not helpful at all. i would suggest using ones not with wifi seems they are too much of a pain. i had to return this it was so horrible and i have a google pixel 2 if curious

Pros: 1.super easy to use. 2. The most important thing for this product, which is only product on the market you can see through camera how many food in the tray. It is really helping us to see how many dry food she eats. 3. It has huge storage on the top of the machine. So I don’t need to buy extra storage for my cat.Cons: 1.the sound system the product will scare your cat. Your voice from machine sometimes sound wired.2. No interaction feature compare to other product.Overall, it is worth you to buy.

It works great but the instructions and setting it up was a challenge. Also this was not new like I expected, it seems that someone had returned it after testing and left some pet food residue it and it was also resold without checking it or repacking it. I kept it cause I scheduled to go on vacation the next day an it was working, I also had my Nieghbor checking on it and my pet

I love this thing. My cat loves this thing. She can tell time now. She sits in front of it for 10 minutes before it’s supposed to go off. The other reviews were right that I had to set it for an hour difference in order for it to actually feed at the time I want it to feed. I also wish it would auto record video when it feeds.
