The media could not be loaded. I am totally loved with it but it starts leaking when u put it upside down

this product is vey nice in terms of quality and everything. but the only problem is that when you keep it in sleeping position it leaks .but that is not a big deal . you can go ahead and buy it :)

Useless product
After just a few days of using, i kept it in the freezer for 3 hours. The instructions clearly state it can be kept for 2-4 hours and the outer was cracked when i got it out. The gel came out when it melted
