TruSkinRetinol Face Moisturizer – Powerful Anti-Aging Moisturizer for Women with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin E – Retinol Cream for Face for Youthful-Looking Appearance, 2 fl oz

I am 46 years old and began using the TruSkin products about 10 months ago, but I saw results somewhere between 30-60 days. Please give the product some time to see fantastic results.I suffered from severe acne during my late teens and early twenties and so now have acne scars. As I aged and my skin began to lose elasticity, etc, the appearance of the scars became worse. During a consultation with a plastic surgeon he suggested that the first thing I should try is to improve the overall health of my skin and that would in turn improve the appearance of the scarring. I spent a long time doing a lot of research about what would work best (Vitamin C, Vit E, Green tea, etc.) and looking for something reasonably priced and not full of toxic chemicals. I decided to try TruSkin Vitamin C Serum. I think the thing that kept me coming back for more was the very positive experience I had with the company from the start. I received a helpful and informative email from Erica. It was not pushy. It was encouraging. She encouraged me to try another 30 days of the serum and if I was not happy with my results I would be refunded. I decided to go with my gut and trust that this would be a positive experience. 60 days in (actually, sooner) I could absolutely see an improvement.I am now using not only the C SERUM, but the HA SERUM, the EYE GEL, the C MOISTURIZER CREAM, and the RETINOL MOISTURIZER every day, twice a day. To clarify, I use the C Moisturizer in the morning and the Retinol Moisturizer at night, everyday. I do not use both of those twice per day. Also, a few times a week, I use the TEA TREE CLEAR SKIN SERUM and the C-PLUS SUPER SERUM. I don't think they are meant for daily use. I tone with organic witch hazel twice a day as my first step, and as my final step, twice a day, after everything has had a chance to absorb, I finish with organic Argan or Apricot Kernel Oil.I am very diligent. Maybe once a week I may not do my nightly regimen if I am super tired. I think that it's important to be consistent.Because I use so many of the products I can't say for sure which of them may be the most helpful or if it is the combination of all of them, but I see a significant improvement in my skin and I have received compliments, which I think is the true tell. My skin looks smooth and my pores are significantly smaller. The fine lines and wrinkles are diminished. The overall appearance and health of my skin has vastly improved and because of that, the appearance of the acne scarring has improved. I know that nothing is going to make the scars go away. I just wanted an improvement and that is what I have seen. I also feel that I look younger and that is a bonus!I would not hesitate to recommend any of these products to anyone. As I mentioned, the customer service is also amazing. Erica has been extremely responsive and also proactive in reaching out, which is so refreshing. She seems to genuinely care about my experience and satisfaction.So thankful for TruSkin :)

True skin works really well for me. I was buying the very expensive products from a clinical spa and believe it or not, this works just as well or better! Excellent product overall.

I have decided to come back and change my review and star rating based on the response by the company to my issue. My husband has been using these products for a while and has had success with them so I decided to give them a try myself. I sadly did not have the same success. A rep from the company reached out to me and issued full refunds on the several products I purchased while allowing me to keep the products in case I decided to give them a try again. They also gave me guidance on the best way to reintroduce the products to my skin in the future to hopefully gain better results. The thought is that I perhaps introduced too many different items too quickly which caused my skin to react poorly. This could very well be the case, as I said previously my husband has been using them and I decided to try them because of how great I saw his skin looking. I was very impressed with the response from the company, and with their want to try and help me not only with their product, but to help better guide me in other areas of skincare to target my needs. They seem to genuinely care about their consumer, which is extremely important to me in deciding where to spend my money. Once my skin is back to normal, based on the company response and how they back their product, I think I will try to reintroduce the truskin products again, only this time doing one product at a time very slowly. If this works, I will come back and change my start rating to 5.Original review: I attempted to send this privately via the company website however it would not submit my email and kept saying there was an error. I've recently purchased several of your products from Amazon to use. Prior to using the products I did not have any blemishes or breakouts of any kind; I bought the products to help prevent and correct fine lines. I bought the vit C serum, HA serum, Retinal lotion, Vit C cleanser, and Charcoal cleanser, and the toner. After a few uses I began to notice small breakouts but figured it was normal from using a new product. As days went on I broke out more and more, to the point that my entire face was now broken out with pimples, both large and small. I decided to stop using all of the products and noticed the breakouts stopped right away. After stopping use I did not get any new breakouts and just had to wait for the current ones to heal. I am so disappointed that I spent well over $50.00 on these products and I cannot use them now. I bought these serums Oct 16th, lotion on the 17th, and the others on the 24th.

I use this every night and use the vitamin c moisturizer every morning. The two products have really made a difference in my skin. I have used other retinol products that caused irritation and peeling. There is none of that with this product. I will continue to use this because quite simply....it works!
