Works great for my special needs niece. Helps her put food on her spoon/fork without pushing the food off her plate. Heavy enough so the plate doesn't slide on the table. My nephew likes it because it keeps his foods from touching!

I’m trying to have better portion control and thought this would be good for me. BUT it’s not microwaveable. It’s not labeled on the plate either! I forgot to check before I ordered, my fault! Otherwise seems like a nice plate.

This is too small for adult portions and it doesn’t come in a larger size. Its sturdy and durable but I returned it as too small for my needs.
