Gives you a nice color for your hair that lasts for a super long time.

I love this product but why are you all no longer including the conditioning small envelopes ! I was buying it often enough to realize you are no longer including it in any of the hair dye boxes .

Although I followed the instruction faithfully, underneath the bangs, sides, and hair near the nape were not colored. But the places where the dye took, they did not look too dark. I used Natural Brown on my blackish hair and they did not make me look raven. And I did not feel any discomfort or heat like some hair dye. So the hair dye seems to be of good quality. It is just my hair is too stubborn.

Does what it says it does

this is first product that have no chemical odor and no dry scalp.

I like the color, but it made my scalp extremely itchy.

The hair dye is definately a very dark brown not a natural brown. The description said this item cost $8 per item, indicating it should have been 2 boxes of dye for $16. It was onky 1 box. The listing also says you get a shampoo and a conditioner but the box had 2 shampoo. I do like the product though. I expected it to run darker from other reviews so no surprise there. My hair is soft and did very well with the whole process.
