So far so good.Seems to be of good quality and was delivered promptly.Buying this bigger size is definitely the best value - and then decant into a smaller 100ml bottle for ease of use.

Firstly this is a beast of a bottle! Buy yourself a small spray bottle so you can spray it onto your body as the liquid is pretty fine.The first day I used it, it did itch for a few minutes so I now apply it to damp skin and let it dry naturally, generally washing it off after about 20 minutes or the following morning. It no longer itches and I have read that tends to happen if you lack magnesium, so I guess that’s why it’s improving.As of the first day of using it my restless legs improved dramatically. I only use it once or twice a week now but my achy legs are so much better in the day too.I am allergic to may products so I’m please the issues with this, passed very quickly.Give it a go.

Ordered the big 1 litre bottle as it was much more economical. A spray top is included but I found that sometimes it drips. The liquid was like water. I expected it to be slightly thicker. Not used it enough to gauge whether it helps.

This product is the highest quality, it's very effective as it definitely works and helps me enormously. Rubbed into the soles of your feet, on aching muscles, stiff necks etc it works wonders.Does exactly what it states on the bottle.This size bottle will last for ages, it's worth every penny imho. I wouldn't be without it.

64 f and on a mission to improve my general health and wellbeing. I see plenty of health and longevity influencers and pundits pushing magnesium and I’ve taken three big chalky pills every day for weeks in the hope my Poor sleep would improve. I thought I’d try this spray for a change. After an evening bath I sprayed it on my Feet. It tingled a bit which I felt was a sign it was being absorbed. On the nights when I had a quick shower and my skin was less soft it didn’t tingle and didn’t work as well so I’d say skin needs to be prepared. My sleep score was up into the excellent band from fair. I did miss a couple of nights and it dropped back down.After use I definitely felt I’d had a more restorative sleep. Less broken sleep, easier to fall back to sleep and don’t feel as groggy on waking, better morning energy. I’m very happy with this product and it has become a key part of my night routine.
