Used to hold an old exterior door that tended to not latch tightly due to aging. The magnet is very strong, and holds securely, even in high wind. Even though its strong, children can still open the door with a little effort. Solved the problem with little cost, and effort. Compact, and discreet. Great value for the money

Came with the screws. Installed easily, after a bit of measuring and lining up. For these heavier catches, the double sized tape didn't really work. They work great. Not sure about the "90 lbs" but it's a heavy pull.I would buy them again.

Let me start out with the one pro which is two nights ago we had upward of 50 mph winds and my screen door did not pop open at any time. That being said the magnet is in itself is very powerful strong. The downside or the con is that I purchased these About a month ago with high hopes, which in a sense is great, however they are rusting! Needless to say I should’ve known better considering I living five minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and the salt air. If anyone has a suggestion related to a rustproof magnet, or if this company has a different housing for the magnets, I would definitely like a recommendation as I would purchase again.

Strong Magnet, great value, I was using a bungee cord to close my porch door...I applied two magnets to close our porch door...fingers crossed and was very happy that it keeps the door closed snuggly. I only wish I purchased this sooner...it works wonderfully a great value

I used them for 4 closet doors at a client residence, they work perfectly and - most important - their baby boy, now walking and wondering around the house, is no longer able to open the closet and mess up with it :)
