I like that it has multiple forms of magnesium, dosage amount, lack of fillers and the nclusion of the fat soluble vitamin C

I have been buying the tablets mostly at Walmart. They cost roughly $10-14 dollarsper bottle for 120 tablets. I have to crush them because I have esophagus problems. This bottle is 500 tablets for about $19. The capsules are a little big but I’m able to swallow them hole one at a time. I take seven per day per my doctors advice. Much much easier than having to crush seven pills before swallowing. And the taste is horrible. No bad taste with the capsules. Would recommend this to everyone.

Love this chelated mineral version with Glycinate, Malate and Taurate are in one capsule. We have been getting magnesium Glycinate and Malate separately and rotating them. Now, with this tiple magnesium it is much easier, just take 3 capsules for our 400mg daily one serving.100 servings per bottle. with the quality ingredients without any additives as well as independently tested is amazing, All this for such a low price is fantastic.Only negatives are:1 Amounts of each type of magnesium is not provided. Like to assume that all three Glycinate, Malate and Taurate are equally included but this may not be true. I would prefer to know the ratio of each type.2 Wish the capsules were vegetarian instead of gelatin based.

Zero fillers and a good dose of magnesium! I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Helps with deficiencies and sleep.

When I have too much Calcium, magnesium prevents me from getting twitchy nerves. Recommend!
