Dissolves well, good flavor. Higher priced than other cacao brands that come in larger packages ( that taste exactly the same and texture- I think they all come from the same organic factory). Pouch doesn’t always zip closed easily. I’d prefer it in a tub. I pour it into a glass container.

Great flavor and size of bag I didn't realize I got the 2lb bag but it's ok. It has a rich flavor and smell. I use 1tsp in my black coffee it adds another layer of silkyness and mild bitter notes ...but mostly silky fats flavor from cacao such a good combo. In yogurt with cinnamon oh so many cacao uses.
