I’m older and hair and nails seem to be getting drier. I’ve always had a good head of well conditioned hair so bought this to see if it would help and it has. Wash hair first in shower then apply this and leave it on while I get washed. Then I rinse it off and it does a wonderful job even being on for that short amount of time.
