You'nbeeshu'
You can be sure. It tastes like restaurant I've been to, delivering flavor with mild to medium heat. For those who like more cayenne, that's an easy fix. It is definitely more Cajun than a much milder McCormick. And the big container is a big plus.

Great for fish
This is perfect for grilling fish. A little olive oil, sprinkle on the seasoning, throw it on the grill, and VOILA! I brush on a it of teriyaki sauce towards the end for an cajun-teriyaki flavor that the family loves.

Tasty seasoning - not too spicy
There's so many brands of blackened seasoning it's hard to choose. I liked this one because it has no ingredients that impossible to pronounce. It's pretty tasty although I would like it a little spicier. It seems to be low on salt, which is good for most of us. We enjoyed it on salmon.

Keep it with your favorite spices
I've been using this for years, blackening steaks, chicken, shrimp. It's worked great for the whole time and this is exactly the same brand of spice in a little larger container, I'll be using this for quite a few years, enjoying it and keeping it to be easy to use.

After a couple buys, this one is less flavorful and has lots more flavorless dry stems
I know it's only supposed to be a different container and the recipe is supposed to be exactly the same but it just tastes off to me. I purchased a different bottle a few months ago and it only tasted slightly different than my original store bought bottle. But this one just tastes less flavorful and has a lot more flavorless dry stem parts.Personally, I like to pour a small amount in my hand when cooking so am very used to eating it straight and knowing exactly what it tastes like. I feel like I got a bottle from the very end where it is mostly dry flavorless stems, kind of like when you get to the bottom of a regular bottle.I won't be buying from this shop again and if it's just a brand wide thing I will be switching entirely.Ps when I talk about the dry stems, I always loved them because there weren't a lot and they were flavorful. So I'm not knocking whatever the stem herbs are, I loved them in previous batches
