I bought a car from Carvana, when it was time for me to get my wheel fix they said that I needed a special tool to unlock my lug nuts off my wheel. Very happy this piece fit I would have had to go to the ford dealership and get them knocked off. Saved me at least $200.

Absolutely AWESOME!!! AND STANDS THE TEST!!!
So far I've broken six spline sockets trying to get my wheel off that some J O put on my car. Let me tell you this spline socket withstood the test. With a 3/4 inch impact driver that has 1500 ft lb of torque, it took a good 25 seconds but those babies finally came out and the spine socket did not break. I will definitely be ordering again very shortly. For me this product absolutely stood the test. Thank you again. This product saved my life.

Let's see what "Alloy Steel" means in the long run
I ordered the Heavy Duty 6 spline.I got a wheel bolt set from ECS tuning with my rims and it didn't take long to break the tool (pictured, right) the heavy duty (left) is much thicker than the original, but I noticed the description says it's made of "alloy steel" any proper tool should be made from forged chrome vanadium. The black finish, well, I didn't buy it for looks. It's already chipped from one use. I hope it doesn't rust.If this thing breaks I'll revisit this review.

Won't fit painted lug nuts.
I ordered this as a backup socket in case I lose my other one. They're both 6 spline, and they look and measure identical. But the splines in this one are slightly bigger. They will probably work with stainless lug nuts, but the only way I can get them on my black painted ones is to beat them on with a hammer.
