Misleading title, contents not sealed
The title suggests that you get 2000mg per serving, except each serving requires you to take four tablets. It means your purchase won't go very far.I should have read more detail. I just find the item title misleading.Also the anti tamper seal was not at all attached and came off with the lid.I would not recommend.

This magnesium isn't for sleep
Contrary to what I expected that this form of Magnesium will help me sleep better, it's not so. Further checks revealed that Magnesium L-Threonate is designed to cross the blood-brain barrier to get to the brain where it is needed most to help with optimal brain function.Early days yet but I intended to take it up to 8 weeks then I can then make an informed opinion about it.If you are looking for Magnesium to help with sleep or any other Magnesium deficiency, go for Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Glycinate & Magnesium Malate. I hope this helps.

Average sleep up almost 2hrs post menopause - it's a miracle
I ordered this as soon as I heard Huberman talk about his sleep stack. I've taken Mg supps for years but lately my sleep had been appalling, regular 4 and 5 hr nights since menopause, average looking at my Garmin stats this summer was 6.5hrs.I started on the L-Threonate and there was no instant effect and so I didn't really think about it again. To the extent that I accidentally started taking only 2 capsules per night. But I'm in the habit of just taking this and O3 at night as I brush my teeth....Then the last couple of weeks I've noticed I've been sleeping really well - at first I thought it was a fluke, but no - looking at the Garmin stats my sleep ave is now 8.5hrsThat's proof enough for me :)I did also try the Theanine, but I was one of the 10% who get over stimulated by it. And women should not take Apigenin.

The most reasonable price for a month’s supply of Magnesium L Threonate
Easily absorbed type of magnesium . Effective . Dosage is best spread over the day -hence 4 capsules a day .

Misleading mismatch
Labelling has changed. Very vague on packaging. My image has 500mg on picture of capsule. Picture on ad says 160 mg - which is correct?. Ingredients do not specify the amount at all which is unusual.
