This has provided excellent relief for the harvest areas in my back from a procedure. I like that you are provided 2 packs so you can rotate them. I move the ice packs where I need them and adjust the strap and they stay in place. Note it really doesn't cover your entire lower back area but I move the ice pack around my waist and that works. I even fall asleep with this. It retains coolness for almost 2 hours or so. The material is soft and does not bother me. Highly recommended.

I am preparing for a 3-level laminectomy, and this product is perfect for a secure wrap in a vulnerable spot, around my lower back, for the big chill I may need to manage pain! Thank you! Great design. Love the option of heating up the pack for a different need.

Smaller than picture indicates, be sure to read description. I had difficulty keeping it in place when I tried to move around. I would have liked an elastic band better.

I just received it and have already used it a few times. I know its for your back, etc. But it worked perfectly for my knee too. It atayed cold for a good amount of time. So far so good.

Lifesaver for my back! It stays in place and the packs stay cold. Comfortable to lie down with and also move around with it on. I like having the two ice packs so I can have one cooling in the freezer while I’m wearing the other one so I always have ready to go when I really need them.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The ice pack stays on as long as I need it to stay, it feels great on my back and helps with the pain.

I received it today and was disappointed because it was way too big. I am a size 6, and it wrapped around so many times and the Velcro is insufficient to hold. I chose to return it.

The back pad helps back ache put ice in refrigerator and freeze it
