The cardboard box was torn during delivery due to rain (they did take efforts to get the box covered by sheet, so it's alright). The cycle looks really cool and sturdy (fire green color), but had two negligible scratches. Rest of the product: good build quality. Nuts and Blots wears out, and doesn't seem to be of good quality. The front shifters where a bit stiff, but I think it will get fixed with time and my experience in tuning the gears (definitely get gears tuned by a mechanic if possible before first use) and the cable "end" of front derailleur was received a bit worn out because of overtightening. Smooth riding experience. The cycle comes with mudguard and stand "only" (+ tools). Seat is not too comfortable. Seller was really supportive and gave solutions for the issues promptly (plus point). Considering the little issues now, I will give it a 4 star. Will increase a star if it meets my expectations in a month.Update: Increasing the star as it met my expectations after 1 month usage.

Amazing bicycle with genuine & superb quality parts at affordable rate after discount and offers. You will never regret buying red. It is more beautiful and attractive than green and grey. It's glossy red and attracts everyone's attraction. But the package was delivered upside down due to which the handle bar holder of the stem had some minor scratches. The good packaging prevented major damages. Thank you Cradiac and Amazon for such an Amazing Cycle.

I am giving 1star only because the pedals are missing and a bit of damage to the fenders.Other than that cycle is good and I would update my rating once my issue is resolvedUpdate-1 changing rating from 1star to 2 stars.Cardiac support responded promptly and assured that they would dispatch the missing items, still haven’t got them though. Will update rating again after receiving the items and riding the cycle.Update-2 changing rating from 2 to 3 stars.I couldn’t wait for the pedals that the cardiac is sending so I ordered pedals separately and rode the cycle and it felt very good. Suspension felt a little too hard and the seat felt a bit uncomfortable but other than that the cycle is good.Update-3 changing rating from 3stars to 4stars.On reaching out to cardiac support I’ve received the pedals after a week. Overall the cycle is good if not best(currently) in this price range. I’ve got it for ₹16,719.

After doing research for more than 1 month and checking all brands, gears, size and weight etc. The conclusion is that this bike is above all top brands in this price range with Shimano Altus gears, all alloy body with ultra light weight.To my surprise, brand also sent additional Accessories like lock, bottle holder, front and back Led blinkers, which was over and above what was promised on Amazon.After technician tuned the gears the bike is super cool and full value for money.After sales service: I am giving this feedback after 20 days, I have some small issues with the assembly and I reached out to Cradiac team. To my surprise the brand sent the technician same day with in 3 hours, also they dispatched additional spare parts to make sure that the problem doesn't occur again. I have never seen such customer centric approach.Thank you Cradiac! Keep your custome focus like this, as your product has the potential to be the best in marketplace anyway.

I recently purchased a cycle from Cradiac, but unfortunately, it wasn't assembled properly. The back tire is misaligned, making it difficult to ride smoothly. Now, less than two months since the purchase, the right pedal is slipping during rides, and the Shimano gears are malfunctioning.Now cradiac people are not respondingI kindly request the Cradiac team to send someone to inspect and resolve these issues promptly.
