This is absolutely beautiful, so easy to put together and would recommend it to anyone that wants to sit out side under the sun in some shade!The price was unbeatable. It is so versatile, easy to move and very large to cover the perfect area for guests.We use it by our pool and we can move it around to cover any part we need to.It came with lights and a cover! We bought our own base that help weigh it down which is 100% needed, if you do not purchase one, the moment you go to lift it up it will tip!

We just put up our new outdoor umbrella. It was the perfect color we were looking for to match our front porch furniture. Dark Teal is not a common color. The umbrella surprisingly is fairly light but super sturdy. It is easy to put together. We had our 16 year old assemble it by himself. Don’t forget to attach the solar panel to the wire at the top of the umbrella, or the lights won’t work. It is also easy to maneuver, swivel, open and close, position up or down. I recommend this umbrella for the price. We almost bought another umbrella from Lowe’s for $398. Also buy the weight that recommended for 185 lbs. Our base cost $37 and we filled ours with water. Total cost is $210. We saved quite a lot!

The wife & I really like our new umbrella. It appears to be well made and easy to assemble. The wife & I really like the Lite Blue color umbrella. It looks great on our deck next to our pool. The umbrella is very easy to operate It is sturdy when open. However not sure I would want it open in anything over a 10mph wind. I don’t know what the manufacturer rates its wind rating at but I just like to error on the safe side. When we received the umbrella my wife and I were in the process of assembling it we were disappointed to find the umbrella had a hole in the fabric. The shipping package was in good condition when we received it and the umbrella was well packaged. I am guessing the hole was in the umbrella before it was placed in the box. So I promptly emailed the customer service department and received a reply back within 24 hours. They were very sorry for our inconvenience and said they would ship out a new umbrella ASAP and that we would have it in a few days. Well the new umbrella showed up at our door in 2 days. I was very impressed by this. We inspected the new umbrella and no issues with this one. Needless to say the wife & I are very please we purchased this umbrella. We got a great product and even better a company that cares about there customers and that is becoming rare in today’s society. Would highly recommend this umbrella to anyone that is in the market for one. For the money I don’t think you will find one of better quality or company to deal with.

The media could not be loaded. It was as a great deal, on Prime Days, so I bought it knowing I would no be able to install it for a few weeks out. I received it on July 16th, and started installing it on August 3rd. I had 12 days left for the 30 return policy, and I'm really glad I didn't wait another week or two to install it.When I got to step seven, it asks you to "squeeze the adjustment handle and move it upward to your desired position" (see pic)...I was not able to squeeze the handle as it was already fully compressed. The handle would just slide up and down and not lock in any position (see video). It is clearly and obviously broken. I also noticed the umbrella crank was scratched and apparently used previously, so I'm pretty certain I received an open box item, instead of a new one. I have contacted the seller, and shared this information, so we will see what happens. Everything else looked new, as it was mostly wrapped like new parts; however, as I re-evaluated the box after I had seen these issues, it did appear to me that this was a rewrapped product.Thus far, I'm rating this product a 1, until I receive a fully functional new umbrella portion and crank unit that has no issues. At that point, I will reevaluate the product, and I will evaluate their customer service at that time also. Let's hope they address my issues like most of the good customer service reviews, and not like some of the bad ones. We will see...🤷‍♂️UPDATE:Best Choice products customer service contacted me within 48 hours, and after a lengthy conversation exchange over a day and a half over messaging, which was definitely a positive experience, they are sending me a new complete umbrella, and told me I did not have to send the broken umbrella back. Their customer service was very easy to deal with, as we communicated back and forth. It will take another week to get the umbrella, which is longer than I wanted, but not having to deal with sending the big and bulky package back, with the broken one in it, makes it hassle free, and makes up for the delay. Customer Service gets a 5 star, but judgement is still out on the product itself. I'll report back on the product, after I get it installed and working. Upgraded to 4 stars, because of excellent customer service. Potential to be 5, if the product functions well. Stay tuned...

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great quality easy setup led than 5 minutes and we was in the shade. Good price too.

I watched a video of this before I bought it. It looked so easy to operate. It was pretty simple to put together but turning the umbrella and cranking the umbrella is not a smooth operation. It works ok but it is so stiff I feel like I am going to break it. I also bought the weighted base that it said I needed but even with the base the whole umbrella felt unsturdy. Update: after a few days of using it, I wake up one morning, and the umbrella was on the ground. It was closed and the weights held the way it should’ve, but the umbrella itself broke. Winds were expected to be no more than 10 mph. And the umbrella was closed. Not only did I buy the weights that it recommended but I also bought extra weight. The weights held, but the umbrella broke right in the middle.I contacted Amazon and my refund was approved, but they wanted me to put it in the original box that it came in and take it to a UPS store which we do not have in this town any longer. I was going to have to buy a box that was 8 foot long to ship it back in because I did not have the original one any longer. I contacted Amazon and they are supposed to contact best choice products and they said they approved my refund but I’ve yet to get it.
