Great quality. You get a large bottle for the price. Works great with vitamin d . Small easy to swallow.. Only neg thing is I started having heart palpitations. Not everyone will. Some people are very sensitive to this vitamin.

Strong bones
I have taken K2 in mk7 formultaion for years. It activates two proteins that vitamin D3 makes. One to put calcium in the bones/teeth the other collects the misplaced calcium in our tissues and gets rid of it.
