Very small pills. So easy to swallow!

I take this twice a day along with Quercitin (helps with drainage). It helps decrease the sinus pressure that comes along with allergies. I've tried everything under the sun and this is the only thing that works for me. My Naturopathic doctor started me on this and I continue to buy it through Amazon.

A friend recommended this formula to me for my allergy problems, and they work extremely well. It even overcomes the effects of goldenrod and ragweed.

For me, this works better than antibiotic for sinus problems.

These pills are smaller than average and the ‘dose’ is 7-8 pills! Tiny, harder to handle and count, and I have to count so many! Not stoked on that. The aren’t coated, as many are, I’m not sure if I like that since they don’t have sugar and artificial colors on them, but they taste awful and stick in my throat on the way down. Overall, not a great value since the higher pill count depleted faster due to large dose count.Overall, I won’t be buying them again.All that said, they seem to do the intended job, reducing nasal inflammation. I just prefer other brands.
