Avoid these - this happens if no proper packing!
Seemed a good idea, even if overpriced for what it is. Arrived in an Amazon A1 cardboard envelope without any padding or bubblewrap - a single 13cm x 9cm black polythene bag with a 9cm x 6cm silver antistatic bag within... no padding of any type... plus PCB and 6 pin header, not pre-assembled.Enough to make one weep - of course the chip was crushed - will it work even if I can straighten the pins without them breaking off. Will it have suffered ESD damage?No wonder there was only one previous reviewer... the others must have been so gobsmacked that to complain was below their dignity!STUPID CARELESSNESS ON PART OF "DOLLATEK" (Made in China)

Defective
I wanted to compare this to a similar gadget. Unfortunately, this one does seem to work. I get a constant 4 V output with 5V power, no changes with environment light.
