Tested Multiple Components and New unused Capacitor of different reading but value displayed is just 2 times different

Bought this after reading glowing reviews on its accuracy, value and sturdiness. The reviews were right, It is an easy to use, very accurate for most common usecases at home and hobby work and quite sturdy . I thought Fluke was too expensive for my needs , this comes quite close to that for accuracy (within the 6000 count class) and sturdiness, at a much lower price. The dial has a healthy click in switching , display is big and bright even backlit when needed. You can watch some good review videos on youtube for all that it can do. Suffice to say , it will meet or exceed expectations for most people.

Do not purchase. Ohms,resistance,continuite Tap not working properly, rotary switch loos need so its not working properly. No option for warranty claim. Fluck,Mastek multimeter are best from this cheap meter.

Overall a good multimeter - as all the other reviews note, it's accurate, sturdy, easy to use.A few small observations which knock off a star for me:1) The AC/DC Voltage measurement mode defaults to DC, and then you have to switch it over to AC using the Func button. This gets annoying for me as I have recently been doing a lot of AC measurements - I wish I could just flip the dial to AC Voltage measurement instead of having to flip it to AC/DC and then remembering to press the Func button to switch it to AC.2) The continuity beep isn't very sensitive. After making contact, it takes about half a second to register the connection and cause a beep. I know this doesn't seem like much - but with continuity, I expect it to beep as soon as I make contact - and when I make contact and it doesn't beep, my brain thinks I found a break in the circuit - then it beeps - and my brain says oh nevermind... And it's just jarring for me.3) It's bulky and heavy so I find myself using my cheaper backup multimeter more often than this even though I had intended for this to be my primary multimeter.
