Great quality ingredients, no oil, gluten free. This is perfect for strongly flavored dips if you like a super crunchy cracker. I like that it has a bland flavor, and I personally love it with raw garlic hummus, so you can enjoy the flavor of the dip without putting even more oil or junk in your body. I eat an entire package with my hummus and has very few calories. It's my go-to snack.

First time to try "cassava bread" - really a thin, brittle cracker. It may actually be exactly what this product is supposed to taste like -- maybe it's really meant to just be a vehicle for eating dips, salsas, beans, etc. But on it's own it was inedible to me.
