This seems ludicrous even as I type it but this salt is 10 times saltier than regular sea salt. I don’t know how that is possible but it is true. Tossed a block of it into the Blentec until it was fine enough to store in an airtight container. WOW this stuff is tasty. I will probably never be able to use regular sea salt or pink Himalayan fine salt again.So good !! Thanks for making it available on Amazon.

I've had a first ever fungal infection in all of my toenails. I've never had an infection like this EVER. So I've been desperately trying everything to get rid of it like anti fungal creams and powder - these products did nothing to help. Lately I've been trying clove oil on my toes and getting some relief but not enough. Will get oregonal oil to add to the mix. Also tried evening foot soaks in hot water and the SOL from this product and Wow! I now have a chance to get over this - the Sol is surprisingly effective. Instead of pain it leaves my toes buzzing - feels like it's finally healing and reduces pain. I have found that at least one foot soak consistently every day is important. Hope this helps.

100% pure salt stones. Can't get any better than that. I was recommended this by a family member who swears by it and takes a teaspoon of sole once a day. Be careful though, it can be a bit rough the first time you start. I learned the hard way. But these stones have so many benefits it will be worth it in the end. Not only are they beneficial they are really pretty! I keep them in a clear jar when I am using in. I gave one to my daughter to just carry around, she thinks they are so pretty. The come in a little brown pouch and draw string. The crystals are just so fun to touch and look at.

I love drinking Sole everyday and this product is perfect. Its salt water and a good flavor!It’s expensive for salt rocks and would like to be able to purchase without the jar. I like this brand and have used for years

I bought this product because I really love the Himalayan Crystal Salt and thought I wanted to try it.I have used them but am not so sure what it does for me. I don't feel any different and so I gave it a 4 star instead of the 5 stars the salt got. The stones look really good, you can see they are pure and they do dissolve in water, i.e. they slowly release the salt into the water where you lay them in and then you drink a glass of it in the morning. It is an acquired taste because it does taste quite salty... well of course that also depends on how much you dilute it. One small teaspoon is enough for a large glass of water. This way the stones will last you a very long time!
