Took forever to arrive. One clip was damaged. For the price and fact I only got 8 I'd expect them all to be undamaged. The spring was weak so they are more for looks than a strong clip. Still cute but not happy with them overall.

I bought these to use for an alphabet activity to do with my kids. We just opened them and used them once to clip them to the letters on the edge of the cardboard...1 arrived broken and 7 have already come apart during our activity. Don't waste your money.I don't normally write reviews, but I am so irritated to have paid for these that I wanted to spare others the same frustration.

I thought the more expensive price would mean a better quality pin. I was wrong, these are the same quality, or lack there of, that I had purchased at Dollar Tree. The only thing they had over the Dollar Tree ones is the wood may be a little smoother. While no one wants snaggy wood, I have never seen a wooden cloths pin that was rough enough to snag, so smooth wood is a bare minimum I would think. What makes a good cloth pin is the gauge of the wire in the coil. My oldest pins, 40 yrs, have 16 gauge wire. My pins that are 20-30 yrs old are 18 gauge. These are 20 gauge and in this case a bigger is not better, smaller gauge is better/stronger.I am a copper wire artist, so I know a bit about wire. The manufacturers of the pins on the market are saving a bit on wire gauge, but by using a thinner wire they are making a garbage product. The sellers need to put the gauge wire used in their pins in the description so you can know what you are getting.I am going to buy more all metal pins, although I do not like that metal clips do not hold the line w/out clipping fabric between line and clip(leaving a nipple look on shoulders), at least they hold the cloths on the line without using 4-5 clips on a shirt to hold it up.

I was looking for a clothes pin that would withstand sunlight and be strong enough to hold my damp blue jeans on the line. These do the job. Just what I was looking for for the heavier items I want to dry on the clothes line. Well made item. Item was as described.

I didn't use the whole pack, but most of the ones I tried using broke in half as soon as I touched them.

I like the look of them. I painted them black and use them to hold labels on storage boxes. They give the area a more attractive appearance.

These clips are very useful. They haven't come apart , but do get crooked on the spring at times. This is easy to correct without them coming apart. I haven't used them on anything heavy, just light items and as chip clips.
