Difficult to put it on lower back.

These are amazing, but do not use more than two at a time. Once, because my entire body was in super bad shape, I cut three pads in half. Used the half for my arms, feet, and legs. Then I put one on my neck, one in between my shoulder blades, and one on my lower back. Two things happened. One, I learned that these work better the more you move. Two, your body will spasm out like crazy if you have too many on. I had to remove all of them except two. Please, learn from my mistake and use properly.

Best patch for your back. My mom is 89yrs old and this patch really helps when here back starts to act up. The next day she's able to move better.

These patches are wonderful for relieving lower back pain & stick-on better than any others I’ve tried. Wish they were available at more locations - can’t find them anywhere else.

Well, I thought it could have done a little more in reducing the pain but I think that has to due with the nature of the pain. I think the patch is as could as it can be.
