I have been using the shampoo and conditioner from the same range. This cream is ok ok types. My hair feels much better now. Don't use it in damp hair because that will cause the hair to stick. It gives decent frizz control. And it is not oily at all. Hydration is also decent. I had extremely dry hair but now my hair feels smooth and very soft to touch.

My hair feels soft after using, has great smell. You can apply it overnight on damp or dry hair and it works. They have mentioned washing hair is optional the next morning but no. For me if I did not rinse the product builds up and my hair becomes dry. I would say It's not a must have product if you are using conditioner and oil.

I had way too many split ends and was honestly stressed about it. I didn’t want to trim my hair again, so I looked for something that could moisturize and prevent further dryness. That’s when I found this cream and honestly, it worked wonders.Within just 3–4 washes, I saw a noticeable difference. My split ends are gone, and my hair feels so much softer and healthier. I applied it overnight for deeper conditioning. The only thing is, the effect doesn’t seem to last too long it feels like the conditioner evaporates or wears off quickly. But still, for the results I got in such a short time, I’m super happy with it!

This is my second purchase of this product. The first time was from a store and the packaging looks different from the one delivered by Amazon. This one is dark purple and the product has a different more chemical like smell. Not sure if L'oreal has changed the product or Amazon is defrauding customers.I had a good experience with the first one as it tamed my curly frizzy hair without weighing it down. This one is not working the same at all. First time Amazon buyers might not know what they have missed out on but this does not seem the original product.There is no provision for return. I'll be buying it from store next time, if at all.
