The paper inside this journal seems to be a nice quality. It is a very functional journal, and the size makes it easy to take it with me. I would recommend for anyone who wants to keep a journal, or just take notes (on paper) on the go. This is nice to have around when I need to conserve battery consumption on my devices, or in case of a power outage.

Yes it’s a nice leather bound journal, good quality, and comes in various colors so when I order the next one, it will be easy. The only thing is I would have loved a pocket in the back of the jacket. I love the ribbon place holder & rubber band placement in back.

I misread and I thought it was flexible leather like my Bible, was a little disappointed, but I can't dock points for misreading. However, it does feel a little cheap since the hardcover is a little soft for hardcover. I also wish the lines were college ruled. The journal does look nice though. Perfect size. The pages are nice and thick and have a nice slight yellow hinge to it that I like and the dating at the top is the sole reason I bought this journal and I love it for that. So overall I would recommend.

It's a great little book for a daily journal. It's the right size, has a good binding, and, since I write with a fountain pen, it holds the ink well, both for a smooth writing surface and no ink bleed-through. This is my second purchase. The last one is almost full.
