Great product
I wasn't sure if this was a quality product, but it is. It adheres firmly to the vehicle surface, and holds my iPad mini firmly. It swivels & works perfectly. Worth the money.

It sucks for the iPad Mini
It DOES NOT support the weight of the iPad Mini, The Mini's weight causes it to slouch forwards and not angle backward. Very very disappointing. The only way I see it working is by having the ipad supported by something else, or leaning down on something.ALSO, it definitely DOES NOT work on ALL surfaces. This will only work on glass, trust me, it won't just stick to your dash.

Jeeper Application—Success
I bought this to use my iPad mini in my Jeep for navigation on the trails. Once I found a suitable surface for this device it stayed right with me. I wish I could buy another arm extension and gladly would, for my application. I works great, was a bit less than the competitors and the design is quite nice.

Depending on where you actually want the suction to go the window might be a good option. I did like the swivel access
Did not hold to the surface on my car. The surface of my car isn't smooth so it did not work well. It would hold for a little but eventually fall. Depending on where you actually want the suction to go the window might be a good option. I did like the swivel access....to bad :( I sent this back after a day.

OK to use
it is ok to use, however it does not work for my dashboard(infiniti G 37). Otherwise, it works very good with windshield.

delightfully surprised
received my item today and was delightfully impressed on the quality and support it gave to my tablet. it was easy to mount in my car and was very secure.

I've tried 3 different mounts now, this one best fit my needs.It takes some finesse to get the mount to work on "every" surface, but if you clean the suction cup and mounting surface with the supplied alcohol pad you wont have a problem. Presently it the mount is on the dash of my Toyota Tacoma that has a semi-textured surface.Just a side note, this product ships from overseas, do yourself a favor and pay the extra $3-$5 for expedited shipping. It took 4 Weeks by ground to the West Coast US. Not a big deal, just FYI.
