Not massive and very impressive
Lets begin with delivery time using "Super Saver". I ordered this impressive watch on Saturday the 2nd of May and it arrived on Thursday the 7th, I was very impressed with the delivery time considering that the watch dispatched from "KOBERN-GONDORF" in Germany (despite their business address apparently being at 6007 16th Ave, Brooklyn, New York, 11204, US), then it went to a carrier in Hemel Hempstead in the UK and finally to another carrier in Leeds before it got delivered to me.The watch came well packaged and in a yellow rubberised box, with a cool ripple pattern running across it. Inside the watch box was a full and detailed manual that covers all the different types of watches Invicta makes, a small warranty card with model number etc blank on it and a seemingly redundant/extra fold-out leaftet explaining how to set the time etc. Most likely included for non English speakers as it includes many languages.Onto the watch itself, it looks very impressive and could easily rival a thousand quid one in looks as well as performance. As others have commented, the watch face isn't the same sky blue colour as indicated in the photo, its much much darker. If you take a look at the colour chart here:https://rollingharbour.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/50-shades-of-blue.jpgThe watch face is actually "Midnight Blue". In low light conditions the blue is so dark that its almost black. As much as I dont like false advertising and would have been annoyed if I wanted the watch with that exact same colour in the photo, I'm actually relieved that the watch isnt as sky blue as the product photo makes out, as it would probably look a bit cack.I have taken a photo of the watch on my wrist to give an accurate idea of what this actually looks like and how big it is.Watch face close-up:http://rs288.pbsrc.com/albums/ll195/billybifocals007/20150510_095800_zps3orzmpcz.jpg~320x480Another close-up:http://rs288.pbsrc.com/albums/ll195/billybifocals007/20150510_095816_zpsmnconrks.jpg~320x480Watch on my right arm:http://rs288.pbsrc.com/albums/ll195/billybifocals007/20150510_095221_zpsrqs8n6u5.jpg~320x480Watch on my left arm:http://rs288.pbsrc.com/albums/ll195/billybifocals007/20150510_095603_zpskada8igb.jpg~320x480As you can see from my photos above, the watch isnt huge. Some of the reviews were making out that this watch is ridiculously big, but it isn't at all. I measured the circumference of my wrist and its about 8.5 inches around. I consider that I've got quite slim wrists given that I can wrap either hand around the other wrist and easily have my thumb and middle fingers touch together. The build quality and attention to detail is fantastic, easily worth the £80 I just paid for it.The chronograph is awesome, especially the 1/10th of a second dial at the 6 oclock position that sweeps around very fluidly. It does this for exactly 30 seconds and intentionally stops, leaving the main chronograph hand still moving around.Another cool thing that it does is allow you to start the chronograph and take seperate times by then pressing the bottom button beneath the crown. Pressing the bottom button again makes the chronograph second hand rapidly spin around to the point where it would have been, had you never stopped it, difficult to explain but very very cool.Ok onto the crown etc, its impossible to screw the crown down no matter how much you rotate it when its in its closed position. As I regularly wash up whilst wearing my watch I tested to make sure whether it actually is water proof despite the crown not screwing down fully. I dumped the watch into the bottom of a large bowl filled with water and patiently waited for any air bubbles to emerge from the crown area.Fortunately there were no air bubbles released so the watch actually is water proof, despite being unable to screw the crown right down.In the product description it states that the bezel is bi-directional which means its meant to be able to rotate left as well as right. In fact its only possible to rotate the bezel counterclockwise/left. Not a big deal, but again, more inconsistencies with the product description.Contrary to what one reviewer said, the hands as well as the hour markers do actually glow in the dark. The clock face obviously doesn't illuminate because there's no light behind it.It is very comfortable to wear and the rubberised strap feels like it will last a life time. It feels quite tight on my wrist and I've got 4 holes remaining on the strap so I guess this watch would be suitable for people with huge wrists measuring over 9 inches around. The gold plating and detail on the strap is very very nice, it doesn't look cheap and nasty, it looks like a genuine solid gold watch. Time will tell to see if it eventually fades. The left side of the watch has INVICTA (Latin for "Unvanquished / Invincible" ) engraved into it, again a very nice touch. The watch feels very well built and overall I'm very impressed with it.At just 80 quid this is an absolute steal and would make a fantastic gift for any guys.

Looks good.
This is the second invicta watch that I have bought. This one looks really good and it's great quality. The silicone strap compliments the watch with it also being gold and black and the dial stands out being black surrounded by a gold frame. The silicone strap is soft and comfortable while being well made. I'm sure that it won't be too long before I purchase another invicta watch as they are a quality timepiece and well priced.

Fantastic watch at amazing value!
The main criticism I can level at this is that it slid off the bed onto the carpet floor and the strap broke away. The spring pin that attaches the strap to the watch body simply wasn't up to coping with the weight of the watch. It was an unlucky way for it to hit the floor and almost any other way of landing it would have been fine. A couple of quid for two new 26mm pins and the problem was fixed. The pluses? Just look at it! It looks like it costs hundreds, it feels brilliant on the wrist and despite the weight in the hand, the wide strap distributes that weight about the wrist, making it feel much lighter than you'd think. The crown wheel is the pull out type, it doesn't unscrew, generally the screw out type is considered better (more waterproof), but that aside the buttons are easy to operate and the dial is really clear in all light conditions. The second hand, or what you might think is the second hand, isn't. It's the hand that is part of the chronograph function. The actual second hand is the small red one on the small left hand dial. Design flaw/error? Maybe, but not a great issue if it is.One note of caution. Whilst the one I now have is brilliant, I had to send two others back as the chronograph hands were misaligned (one or the other was offset from the normal 'zero' position by a degree or so, which meant timing anything accurately was impossible - not an issue if you don't need to do that, but it looked odd cosmetically too which cheapened the overall effect). No problem doing so, and refunds were prompt, but I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to get one that was 'right'. Well worth the perseverance in the end though and am really pleased with the watch!

so good - the watch is robust
So far, so good - the watch is robust, weighty and handsome. It retains accurate time (as it should as a chronograph) but I have yet to test it in prolonged use in water. It has all the look and feel of an expensive watch. However, I am a strong believer in 'if something looks to be too good to be true, then it probably is', the 70+% discount makes me wonder. What I don't want to end up with is a watch that costs more than its initial purchase price every time the battery needs to be changed (postage, servicing and replacing seals etc.). The initial bargain price meant that it was probably worth the risk. Time will tell - so far, so good.

Fantastic Watch
Having worn a Rolex everyday for the last 30yrs, and only taking it off to have it serviced, I found out the other day that it's a rare collectors piece and worth a lot more than when I bought it.Hence the Rolex has gone back in it's box and I looked for it's replacement. I didn't want to pay the price of another Rolex, so looked on Amazon for a decent watch at a decent price.I found the Invicta Watch Collection and ordered this watch. Well what a surprise when it turned up in its Yellow Box, I got a bigger surprise upon opening it.Starring me in the face was this beautiful watch, in my opinion you will not find a better looking watch for the price. Invicta and Amazon have done a brilliant job with this watch and I would recommend this watch all day long.Anybody purchasing this watch will not be disappointed.GB100
