I suffer with a sensitive mouth and tongue caused by the damage from bad habits I had/have, and this Mouth Sore Rinse has helped the damage caused by my bad habits, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive mouth/tongue and make my mouth bleed after use. In fact, it stopped my mouth bleeding issue (which sometimes would happen after eating or using mouthwash) within the first week. This is now my current main mouthwash unless I find something that's just as good and effective as this for cheaper. They sometimes do come with some leakage from the top on 1 or more, but they still work great!

Wow. Can't believe how well this works. I guess my mouth was so traumatized by some dental work that I recently had, that I developed a lump in the middle of my tongue a couple days afterwards that did not go away. I used this for 2 weeks, 2-3 times a day and it went completely away!!! Can't recommend it enough!!!

I honestly thought Orajel discontinued this rinse—I haven’t been able to find it in stores for years. I was so excited to finally come across it again. This stuff works better than anything else I’ve tried for mouth sores. It’s gentle, doesn’t burn, and actually helps speed up healing. I’m stocking up just in case it disappears again!
