I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take.I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination.I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again.

I loved this taste of this, i have had it three times in total and i think it works, gives you some much needed B12 if you do not eat meat products and its great its in spray form.So all good and fine but today i am shaking it as advised, ready for my second dose, i do two times two doses per day, thats four sprays in total. Now here is my problem, the pump action spray has just stopped working, i know from shaking it that there is a lot in there, i have not even used half of it and its stopped working, therefore i cannot use it, maybe its a faulty batch, i do not know but this sort of thing can damage a companies reputation and i am very hesitant to buy another one now.So in summary, i love the taste, i think it works but there seems to be issues with the spray action and therefore i cannot recommend it until they fix the problem.

Like a lot of ladys I'm going through perimenopause, I started getting so so tired and low moods. So I read up on B12 and its benefits. And tablet vitamins always made my Tum sore.To be honest I was not expecting a lot. But I was desperate to try anything at that point ,Within a week of taking 4 doses daily in the side of my mouth, I could feel my mood lifting and the tiredness was fading.
