It will do nicely
It is not very bright, but then again, it does not need to be. I am checking pupillary response, not looking for a lost earring. It does however feel light and cheap in the hand. The batteries last a long time. I have accidentally turned this thing on many times and that battery is still going.

I love this light
I love this light! Bright enough to help me see in dark rooms but not so bright that I blind my patients during an assessment. It's got some great weight to it. If it came with a matching pen? I'd buy it too.

Various colors
I like the color so ordered more. The 2 pen pack comes with batteries, but the 3 pens pack not. Each pen use AAA batteries to power. The light seems good to me. However, I haven't tested it on real pupils yet. The plus point is, the pen has measurements marks on it, which is very useful for reference. The pens are kind of light-weighted. I keep 1 and share others with my fellows.

Battery lasts a long time and brightness is great
I love how long is lasts With a regular battery. The brightness is perfect! Enough for me as a student nurse to see but not bad for the patients. Never had anyone complained about how bright it is. Definitely recommend!

Totally handy. One I keep at work to check on patients on night shift and the other I keep at home to help when Im building PCs and need light in small crevices. I love that it can be clipped to my shirt or pocket and its a powerful light

Caution!!
Quit working within 12 hrs of having it, and within only 2 hours of using it. Only turned it on twice within those two hours. Noticed a bad smell coming from my scrub top pocket. Touched the light to pull it out of my pocket, and it burned my hand. Noticed the batteries it came with were affected by it, and may have caused it to overheat. The battery wrapping was discolored and coming off. I tried different batteries. The light still didn’t work. Disappointing. Be careful. Not safe.
