Bought for my dad since he wanted to gain weight, he went up some weight and would add it to his soup occasionally. It tastes fairly decent with salt pepper. Overall good product.

Mixes well. No foaming. Used as a protein shake. Works perfect. :)
Simply mix it in a blender with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 8 ounces of water per scoop.The peanut butter is important, it helps it to mix properly. Excellent shake.I prefer Bob's Evans egg whites, but this is the only substitute that I have found that actually works the same.It's as close as you are going to get. Highly recommend!No stomach issues, no foaming, let the blender do the mixing and don't forget the peanut butter.Enjoy! :) :) :)

It tastes great because they don't add any fillers. I wish they sold a 2lb container though.

Good but flyaway
I've used other egg white powder and it wasn't so staticky. This clings badly to everything, making it hard to measure.

No longer whips up to stiff peaks-lack of customer service
This product used to be great. I used it all the time for making protein bread. The last two jars that I have bought of this have failed to froth up to full peaks and the bread has been terrible. I have used this product forever, but again the last two batches which have the same lot number on the bottom have failed. I tried being optimistic by buying a second jar only to be disappointed. I have tried to contact the company via telephone as well as email and they absolutely are terrible with Support. I’ve received no response. I would not waste your money on this product. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. This was an expensive product for it to no longer be the quality it used to be. I wouldn’t waste your money.

I really wanted to like this for my protein shakes but it has a texture to it that kind of coats your mouth and not in a good way the taste was not what I expected either.

Amazing! I use it for my cottage cheese breads, keto bagels and all low card recipes. A must for getting the recipe right! Amazing! I’m on the subscription so I can continue to make my keto delights!
