I have been taking Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) for years based on my doctor’s advice. I have tried different brands throughout that time, but I have never tried the Ancient Bliss brand until now. So far, I’m really impressed by this good, clean supplement. It’s easy to swallow, causes no stomach issues, has no odor or flavor, and appears to be a good quality product.My main reason for taking this supplement is for the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and overall general health benefits. To get the 600mg of ALA from this product, I just have to take one capsule per day, so this bottle ends up being a two month supply for me. Compared to what I usually take, that seems to be a fairly usual dosage, which is very convenient for me.I appreciate that there are so few additives to this supplement, except for the BioPerine which I believe helps with absorption. So far, I’m really enjoying this product, and I look forward to hopefully experiencing the many health benefits it may provide.

I have not noticed any improvement in my loss of taste, which is what I was taking these for. So I don't know if there was ay other benefit internally. That said, these capsules are easy to swallow. No adverse reactions or negative side effects

This is my first time trying alpha lipoic acid (ALA). I'd read about the benefits of ALA and wanted to give it a try. I have purchased a great amount of products from this company. I was very pleased with much about it. However, the last two times- I have had multiple pills empty and broken when I opened it. This was very disappointing .
