Fancy spoon for fancy desserts
It’s bigger than I thought but feels good in the hand. For some reason I imagined this was soup spoon sized and not serving spoon size. All of my spoons are round and not oval to make quenelles/rochers but this makes very nice rochers

This is an expensive spoon to make your Quinnell’s look more professional. If that is important to you, then go for it otherwise just reach in the drawer.

Perfect size
This spoon was a great purchase with, good size, hand feel, and durability. I am a pro but an amateur could produce a thousand perfect quenelles w/this thing.

Heat it up for perfect whipped cream quenelles
Makes perfect quenelles, I wish the handle was a little shorter but it's probably like that for a reason, it's Dishwasher safe, heavy and sturdy, like I'm confident on using it on ice cream one of these days. Will update on that.

Not bad for $8
The media could not be loaded. Although it looks nice, I don’t like how short the handle is. Also there are imperfections on the spoon, which may or may not be a big deal, but what can you say for $8. Will try to replace with the seller and see if it’s any better.Bigger than I thought.
