Excellent product always works for me

Some background: I have a number of mental health conditions - Anxiety, ADHD, Depression to name a few. I also have chronic pain. All of these things can contribute to a bad nights sleep, or at least mean it takes forever to get off to the land of nod.I have used things like Nightol, but found that there were times it was too strong for what is needed and left me struggling the next day because I was still groggy.Having used Kalms day and found them beneficial, and so considered giving these a go.Pros: Valerian and not Lavender - having used Lavender tablets before, I found they repeated on me. Being Valerian, I don't have this issue at all.They also work. They don't knock you out, but they I found they relax my mind and body enough to allow me to fall asleep gently. I do make a point of taking them 30-60 minutes before I go to bed most of the time. However, on occassion if I have not taken them and cannot sleep, I have taken them and found them beneficial, though they still take that time to work.The size of the tablets is small, I would say half the general size of a smartie, which maybe be a problem for some with dexterity issues, which I do have, but I find that they are small enough to tip 4 into my hand and take them in one go.I noticed others comment about the smell of them, and while they do have a mild aroma, I personally have not problem with it and they have no taste if it takes you a little longer to take them, unlike a lot of tablets.Cons: Only about 1/3 of the bottle is full. My pet peeve is packaging, especially bottles, that have hardly any product in. I would say the bottle is only one third full. I would honestly pay more for a full bottle.For that reason, petty as it may seem, I am only giving them 4 stars.I would recommend giving them a try if you want something to relax you into sleep rather than something that will essentially knock you out.

I have very mixed feelings about this. On one hand, very easy to take and somewhat works. But on the other hand you have to take 4 (5 for me since 4 didn't work) each night and I don't think the price is worth (56÷4) just 14 nights. It's kind of deceiving. Also it starts to become less effective the more you use so I don't think I'd recommend this.

I've been using Kalms Night tablets for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say, they really work! I usually take them about 30 minutes before bed, and they help me drift off to sleep more easily without feeling groggy the next morning.The only downside is the price. For a pack of 56 tablets, I found them to be a bit on the expensive side compared to other sleep aids on the market. However, considering how well they work for me, I'm willing to pay a little extra for the quality.Overall, I'd recommend Kalms Night if you're looking for a natural sleep aid that actually delivers results.

If a NIL star were possible, that's what these would get. I'm completely taken aback by what others in here are actually reviewing to be honest. The KALMS 56tabs that I received are small and round. They're not capsule shape like the photo someone already included here. One even mentions how lovely tasty and fruity they are.... Der! They taste absolutely vile. They smell absolutely awful. I'm sorry I ever bought them. It's true that they really don't work. Whoever mentions they do. Obviously is able to have their sleep without them, it's NOT these that's helping them at all., that's for sure. Amazon sell a different product that REALLY DOES WORK. You only need to take tonight. They taste lovely..They're gummies. They're made by CLEAN LEAF NUTRITION. They're called MELATONIC SLEEP GUMMIES. the ones I got, (I'm not sure if they do other flavours) but mine are the MIXED BERRY ones. Theres 60 in the jar. I would highly recommend that if you're having trouble sleeping that you go ahead and try the gummies. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these KALMS.

I buy these for my 83 year old mam. She said they really do their job. So many weeks will pass and she will request some more. They arrive to her address the next day. More value for money online than instores
