Space saver
Great little mat to keep on top of your putting when you can’t get to the course

Not as pictured
In the picture there is a receptacle at the far end of the mat. This does not come with the carpet. Dis appointing.

Check online reviews before buying. I wish I had. This mat has known "grooving" issues!
I own PuttOut's "Pressure Putter" - A truly effective putting aid. So, when I learned they make a mat designed to work with it, I bought one.A few weeks after it arrived I had the chance try it properly. Things started OK. A well struck putt "holed out" but even slight mishits didn't. Very useful feedback when practising. But, after about 10 minutes even the mishits were hitting the target dead-centre. Puzzling, clearly wrong and very bad feedback!I closely inspected their roll. Mishits were not rolling straight but wobbled from side to side - like a child going down a waterslide, then hit the target. I checked the mat itself and found a shallow indented line or "groove" running straight to the target. A "groove" develops in artificial surfaces if the fibres of the mat fail to recover fully after each ball roll. Every subsequent roll deepens the "groove" - A common failing of surfaces tried on early artificial greens.CONCLUSION: This mat is OK for grooving Pre-Shot Routine, Stroke & Tempo. For Line and Pace not good.NOTE: The surface of the mat can be temporarily improved by vigorous brushing it out every few minutes. I'm too old for that much bending up and down. So my mat is off to the Charity Shop in the morning.... TM (exPGA)

Don’t waste your time or money
If you’re serious about improving your putting then this is not the product for you. Every putt falls into the centre of the mat making it impossible to miss as the sides are ever so slightly lifted off the surface its laid upon. Certainly not a training aid. Perhaps it’s designed to be a confidence booster?

Highly portable, good quality
This is a great Matt and he is easy to take around.Some people may prefer the slightly wider mat so you can stand on the same surface as you are practising on but for me that is not a problem and I prefer this slightly narrower mat which is lighter and more portable. Really good quality.
