I gave these a try because I play sport on consecutive days and my legs (especially) often feel tired on the second day, stopping me from being at my best. I must say, they massively improved how I felt and I definitely improved my performances as a result. Not only that, they're very tasty and refreshing to drink straight after a game.

The recovery shakes are ideal if you’re busy and need something nutritional and great tasting after a difficult session.I compete at a high level in powerlifting and for me after a really tough session they have proven very useful in starting that recovery process.Would highly recommend for both recreational and more serious sports enthusiasts!

I've tried a couple of different brands vanilla on the go protein shakes. This is the nicest I've tried. Not as heavy on the protein, but still a pleasant vanilla tasting shake. This works out cheaper than buying individually from the shops.

Used after hospital stay when appetite was low. A delicious milk shake full of good things. Reordered!

This brand is very good, no major nasties in there and having tried the vanilla, i still prefer the chocolate flavour. I'm very disappointed at the cheeky drop from 500 ml.

Arrived on time, well packaged.Nice taste. Not too thick and not too watery. Pitty it's only the one flavour.

I've used these shakes for many years as they were recommended by my Sports Scientist friend. They taste delicious and are perfect for refuelling when you are short of time or in between training sessions. I swim 6 times a week with a Masters club and train for aquathlons (swim/run) so these make up a huge part of my training regime.

It looked to be good value compared with other similar items on the market. However, the batch arrived a day late (unusual for Amazon in my experience) and doesn’t have a long use-by date - which in this case is 10 August (one I bought at a supermarket a few weeks earlier was 12 December. Also make sure you shake it very well before opening as there were a few lumps towards the bottom - very unusual for these milkshakes (been drinking them for years). Added note a couple of weeks later: not sure if this was the company itself or Amazon but the refund process was delayed because it was apparently taking longer than usual. Now had a message saying the refund will happen in three to five working days.
