Pur Luv Grande Bones for Med & Large Dogs, Peanut Butter (2 lb)

I read other reviews online about some dogs having trouble digesting these treats but I decided to try them anyways. That was a mistake. These treats are hard. Really hard. Despite that, my dog was able to chew one up and swallow smallish sized chunks within a few minutes. A few hours later (in the middle of the night) I woke up to the sound of my dog throwing up chunks of the bone. Fortunately, she was able to throw up the chunks without any further digestive issues caused by these treats. The other reviews I read online are confirmed. Dogs can swallow these treats in chunks that aren't easily digestible which can cause them to throw up or have digestive blockages. Luckily, my dog was able to throw up the pieces before they caused any further problems.

but these are delicious, according to our dogs. They danced around while I opened the bag. They're completely engrossed in them for the five or fewer minutes it takes to chew them and lick up any stray crumbs. I was really hoping they'd last a little longer, maybe an hour or even more, but no. So more of a giant cookie than a chew treat.

Love this product! I have 2 Weimaraners and I give them these to "distract" them when it is time to Dremel their toenails. Dogs happily chew on this and it is large enough that I can usually get through all 4 paws before they are done!

The price is to high for twelve bars

My dogs love these treats and good pricing will keep them stocked for special treats. Highly recommend~

Pup loves the taste, but even though they are bigger, they are fewer and don't last more than a few minutes.
