Munchkin Milkmakers Lactation Cookie Bites, Chocolate Salted Caramel, 10 Ct

So I’ve always been a fan of the milk makers cookies when breastfeeding. In the past I always used the oatmeal chocolate chip (very tasty) but I noticed this new lemon flavor after the birth of my youngest. Honestly, the initial bite made me immediately regret giving this flavor a shot but after another bite or two, I was hooked. They’re amazing. The flavor is different and very sweet but these cookies are so good, I would want them even if I wasn’t breastfeeding- but since I am, I also want to point out that I can tell a huge difference in milk supply after adding these snacks back to my diet. I don’t even mind the extra calories. I believe the satisfying flavor and the nutritional value it has in regards to my milk supply makes them completely worth the extra 230-690+ calories. I’d also like to point out that I have atleast 2–3 Servíngs daily and the increase in milk supply blows my mind! (I don’t think having more than 1 serving daily is necessary to see an increase, however.**)Side note: I just found out about this 10 pack being offered vs the 8 pack I was ordering and it is definitely the better value!

I LOVE these cookies. I'm 6 weeks pp and have been working to increase my supply as I'm mostly pumping. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are so delicious, they don't have an overwhelming oatmeal taste and honestly taste like any other cookie you would buy in the junk food aisle( in a good way). I definitely think they've helped me to increase/maintain my supply as I was only pump 1-2 oz at a time and now am averaging over 3-4. I look forward to having one during my 10pm-12am pump and it makes me feel less bad about the lack of sleep! 10/10 would recommend

I honestly just bought these lactation cookie bites to see if they’d help, and I’m so glad I did. First of all, they taste really good—like an actual snack I’d reach for even if it wasn’t for milk supply. It legit feels like I’m just eating cookies, but with a purpose. The first night I tried them, I noticed an increase by the next morning—like 3 extra ounces from each boob. I wasn’t expecting results that fast, but it definitely worked for me. I seriously can’t stop myself from ordering more!

So yummy! Better price on Amazon than my local Target. Plus, you can get the completion discount if they’re on your registry. I really enjoyed them as a treat. Can’t speak to their effectiveness yet, but even if they help a little bit, I’m happy. I like their proportioned size to grab as a treat and not overeat the whole box. They were crispy and fresh and high quality. I enjoyed and plan to purchase the salted caramel again, and try the other flavors too!

These taste great! A little pricey, but I think they were worth it? My milk production did increase after using these, BUT I also increased my water intake and pumped more often. So I can't say for sure that these worked.

Worked wonders to get my milk to come in and hold up on supply until I was producing enough to have an over supply. I ate one pack a day at night during an evening pump, its great to have with milk as a nice little snack, and it helped my supply.

Love these cookies! This will be my fourth time buying these. Not only do they taste amazing but every time I notice a dip in my supply I eat them and they help tremendously. If I eat a whole bag, the next day I am literally leaking so sometimes I only eat a couple a day to maintain my supply since I ebf and don’t necessarily need to pump. Would 100% recommend if you are having problems with your milk supply!

I bought these during my breastfeeding journey and was hopeful they’d help increase my milk supply. While the chocolate salted caramel flavor is actually really good and they make a nice snack, I personally didn’t notice any change in my milk production.They’re enjoyable to eat, but for me, they didn’t deliver the lactation support I was expecting. Worth a try if you’re curious, but results may vary.
