Dangerous and disappointing – ruined 3 adapters and a power strip!
I bought this Rowenta hand steamer and it only worked once. The plug is not compatible with standard outlets, and when I used an adapter, it immediately burned it. I tried two more adapters and even a power strip – all got fried. Now the steamer doesn’t turn on at all. Extremely disappointed and honestly concerned about the safety of this product. Used only once and it’s completely useless now.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE.I got this “fancy”’ steamer thinking it would perform great but instead it broke merely a month of usage. When it finally started working again after leaving it untouched, it stopped working correctly ever since. I had a cheap steamer before which lasted 2 years with no failure. Save your money and get something else.

The voltage
The device is 110V and not compatible with the 220V power in the UAE. I purchased it from Amazon UAE and expected it to match local standards. I’d like to return it. Thanks.
