Works perfect even on really awkward armrest
I have a really wide, soft, sloped couch arm. But somehow this stays perfectly level. Works better than expected. Liquids don't even move when getting on or off the couch! Also has a quality finish.

Brilliant side table for the couch
I'm so so glad I found this side table. There are lots of options online, but the others are not as pretty or as slender - whereas this table feels very neat, very classy, very mindful, very demure. The wood colour is stunning, and it fits in so well with the aesthetic of our living room. My mother loves it! Would absolutely recommend this side table. Also I should add, the structure of this table is quite unique, and brilliant, as it sits so naturally on the couch armrest without taking up lots of space - and it's very sturdy. Some other ones I've seen online are a bit clunky and can sometimes get knocked over, but this table stays absolutely fixed to the couch. I'm so happy with it (as you can tell!). Thank you so much! :)

Fits most armrests due to its concertina shape

Not good
The media could not be loaded. Wood started to come of fabric backing almost immediately..not so good.

Looks great on my couch.
Now I can rest my beer on the armrest without it falling off. And keep the couch nice and clean. Great product.

Not properly varnished/sealed/finished
The quality of the materials and how it works were fine. However the main piece of the tray was not properly varnished and was therefore rough and unsealed against any spills. Also the colour of the wood was not as rich and red as in the product pictures. It was duller and each piece of wood differed, much like the customer pictures in the reviews. I returned it because it was not properly finished.
