Great acting, great message! Bravo!!!!

Excellent movie. It was completely demolished by the crappy accusations during the release of the movie. Very disappointing for what should have been a movie with such a great message. The on-screen chemistry felt palpable. I was truly disappointed to hear the chaos afterwards. I watched it twice and enjoyed every bit of it. I still think the movie was very nicely done and has a great message which needs to be heard. Actors were amazing all around. It's definitely worth putting media bs to the side and watching.

Love LOVE this movie

This movie is sooo great! I sure do hope there is a sequel. I know some consider the spousal abuse over the top but this is reality. I have read the books and it is pretty close to them.

Great movie!

I am a huge Colleen Hoover fan and was so excited for this movie. I truly enjoyed this movie and was impressed with the adaptation. Although it is different than the book I still liked and appreciated the film.

Peaceful And Painful Revelations

'It Ends With Us' has the elegant and congenial acting of Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni, Jenny Slate, and Brandon Sklenar. Aside from this, the movie "It Ends With Us" had me rivited to the screen at subtle actions or discreet changes in sentiments. The film was directed by Justin Baldoni and the screenplay was adapted by Christy Hall. It is based on the novel of the same name 'It Ends With Us' written by Colleen Hoover which is currently a big seller. If you know the book than the central theme of "It Ends With Us" is duplicated here, as Christy Hall is such a great screenplay writer. If you aren't familiar with either the book or have not read reviews of the movie, then much of the pleasure in seeing the movie will be in not knowing what it is about.Lily Bloom(played by Blake Lively) is the main character in a stream of quaint and poetic incidents. Lily Bloom is a young woman who is deeply loyal to flowers and the cultivation of them. Lily's bearing is a charming boheme livery of thick cottons of Fall brown and red quilts and wraps of floral prints. Lily herself has long hair in fine comb with twists. Often Lily is wearing non-descript headbands with florid blue flowers on hair clips. Lily's down to earth, colloquial speech, and her segregated peacefulness is the catalyst for a series of captivating sentiments that overtake her, as we follow Lily along. These burgeoning feelings are the impetus for turning away commitment, but then also, the implications have boundaries alarmed with impending poignancy. As in many brushes with Lily, her aura of pacifist and strong charisma procures quality intangibles of recognition. The screenplay and camera bring out elegant motivations succinctly and linearly the film moves along into new modest heights. The sharp refinements enabling empathy are also seen in the acting. Early in 'It Ends With Us' there is a remarkable scene between Lily Bloom and Ryle Kincaid(Justin Baldoni). It is obvious that here is either a concieved or true to life experience that was very well felt by its creator. Lily and Ryle have stories being implied and, like their plights, these meanings are being reflected but moved to other energies by the moods of the two.Ryle is a neurosurgeon and also is passionate about the virtues in other people. The social sphere around Lily Bloom's flower store in Boston includes Atlas(Brandon Sklenar) who was Lily's first love interest when she was a teenager. There is a contrast between Atlas and Ryle that provides one of the nagging thoughts that start from rumination over the small bumps that accumulate in 'It Ends With Us'. There is love rooted in experience with another person. In hindsight, the cataloguing, by Ryle, of finite deviations from a perceived correctness can be an indication of emotions completely unrelated.Much of the film was shot in Hoboken, New Jersey(Wikipedia), but clearly many shots of Boston are seen setting frames. Lily's flower store is in a commercial center of the brown stone apartment house lined streets of the Back Bay. This street and it's arboreal tracts of lazy hanging elms is atmosphere that is indicative of Lily Blossom's powers of nurturing growth for strength. Alyssa(played by Jenny Slate) is hired by Lily to be her assistant. Alyssa is Ryle's sister. She is random in appearance and like many outlets in this film, collects small intimate moments to forge greater bonds. Alyssa's grand catalogue of comic awareness is cosmopolitanly placed within a niche of virtues. Alyssa's newborn baby is one of the occasions in which is forged graceful repoires. Atlas, Lily's longtime friend, is always loyal to Lily. Atlas is one of the strong vines attended to by Lily.

It Ends With Us” Review – Raw, Real, and Unforgettable

Wow. It Ends With Us completely wrecked me in the most beautiful way. This book is not just a love story—it’s a deeply emotional, raw, and powerful journey through heartbreak, healing, and self-worth. Colleen Hoover doesn’t shy away from the hard topics, and the way she explores love, abuse, and the complexity of relationships is nothing short of brilliant.Lily is such a relatable and strong character. Watching her navigate her past, present, and future was inspiring and gut-wrenching all at once. And Ryle… well, let’s just say this book makes you feel angry, hopeful, confused, and heartbroken, sometimes all at once. What I loved most is how real this book felt. It forces you to look at things from all angles, challenges your perceptions, and stays with you long after the final page. It’s not just a book you read it’s one you experience. If you haven’t read it yet, prepare to cry, reflect, and maybe even come out a little stronger. 5/5. A must-read.

Well... not what I expected

My review contains spoilers so don't read it if you didn't watch the movie.I was looking forward to see this movie. Great actors is what attracted most people me including. Seeing Owen (hello Greys Anatomy fans haha) was a nice bonus. The story line was what I expected on the large scale. So, why only 3 stars? Well, I didn't like how main actress was playing her role. I personally found disconnection between her younger version and current. I also didn't get the abuse part, especially the first one with the burned hand. And with the stairs either when she jumped right in front of angry man with her back to the downstairs, she could of slip and fall on her own. I am aware of domestic abuse as I walked away from one many many years ago, however this story doesn't really show it like it is in the real life. And abuser is walking away from his "love" easily too. I felt disappointed in main character choices towards the end of the movie. It's not what I expected. I found the plot full of loopholes. Like why did she called her ex to help assembly the crib and not the guy who was always there for her without any attempts to get closer? Thinking about the timeline (based on her best friend pregnancy), he had two very questionable episodes and the last one to end the pattern. I also had a hard time reading the book, not my favorite style of writing. OK for one time watch but I won't be watching it again and kind of regret spending money renting this watch. Hard pass. Why not one star? I was very impressed with the younger version of main actress!

Ok

This movie is entertaining enough. I did not read the book so don't have an opinion as to how it compares. I do think that Blake Lively seemed too old for the part & her wardrobe was not good. After hearing the drama surrounding this movie she is not someone I will support.
