If you call out your product being superior to competitors make sure it meets your claim
Overall a pretty decent design. Panel is nice, kickstand is nice. Menu takes a little bit to get used to. Color accuracy is repeatable.It's nowhere near as bright as claimed. While I expect a little creative math, advertising 410 nits of brightness over your competitors 300 nits and then NOT even reaching the lower threshold is foul. That's even after adding auxiliary power. Without using their additional power brick (which looks like it came out of a box at a flea market) 100 nits is where you'll fall. The need to supply auxiliary power when attached to a USB-4 or TB4 port, at all, effectively makes the product defective by design.
