I got this game thinking it mivht be good tonolay with my almost 5 yo. I know it says 6+, but a lot of times when games say that you can olay with younger players. This seemed like it might work because all you do is draw a card, discard a card on your turn, the cards all just have letters on them, and it has cute pandas on every card. What I didn't realize was that while it's an eay game to play, there's more involved to winning than just collecting cards.You have to collect the RIGHT cards, and what those are depends on your hand size. For instance, you want 3 D cards only to win, or 5 B cards, or specific combinations of pairs and other cards for other hands sizes. This is complicated enough with your hand size changing throughout each round, but on top of that, whenever someone discards an A card (the most common card in the deck) you all have to pass a card to the left. This can mess up your plan in having to lose an important card, and in having to manage a card you weren't planning on. Having extra cards in your hand to mitigate this requirs good planning, and even if we play open handed the concept is still a little too advanced for my kid right now. It is a good for adults, though. Plenty to think about in a game with just a deck of letters, plus some randomness to mix things up and give it more of a challenge when having to pass cards. It's not ang sort of gramd strategy game or anything, but perfect to pass time on the train or at a restaurant.

Quick card game you can play in 15 minutes. A lot of it is luck of the draw, but there is somslight strategy.Rules can be learned in under a minute— try to get your hand to exactly match specific patterns. On your turn, draw a card or discard one. Pass a card to the left of someone discards an A card.I found people mostly discarded A cards at the beginning of our games and then passed along A or B cards. Discard piles didn’t have many great choices until the end of each round. I thought there might be some more strategy behind when you discard A cards, but didn’t seem to come into play.Overall, a nice filler game. Nothing too memorable, but everyone still enjoyed. Probably wouldn’t rush to recommend, but I also would still happily play if someone wanted to!
