Glucosamine QCV (Lamberts). Glucosamine, cider vinegar and quercetin. Glucosamine QCV provides 1000mg glucosamine sulphate 2KCl per tablet, together with cider vinegar and quercetin. Cider vinegar is taken by many people to relieve joint-related symptoms such as arthritis. This tablet provides the equivalent of a dessertspoon of cider vinegar. Quercetin is a naturally-occurring plant flavonoid that has been shown in vitro to have an anti-inflammatory effect by suppressing the release of histamine. It has also demonstrated anti-oxidant properties. Dosage Take 1 or 2 Glucosamine QVC tablets per day with a meal. Tablet disintegration time is 1 hour after ingestion.
